Today, the need of the Islamic nation to meet its financial needs is increasing due to the legal violations that characterized contemporary transactions, such as usury and deception. Therefore, one of the priorities of research into financial transactions is to study how to apply the formulas of financial transactions in the jurisprudential heritage to contemporary financial transactions. The insurance sector benefited greatly from this research effort, and this necessitated the allocation of appropriate educational and training materials to qualify human cadres in the Islamic insurance industry.

Integration between banks and insurance companies is an important practical requirement for the Takaful industry, through which the mutual importance of the two sectors becomes clear. The trainee must obtain the necessary qualification to understand the operations and activities of Islamic banks and how to integrate these operations with the activities of Takaful insurance companies.
