One of the goals of the Association of Iraqi Private Banks is to represent private banks in Iraq and abroad before all concerned parties, highlight their entity and development, and achieve their spread in the governorates and districts of Iraq to finance Iraq’s reconstruction projects, serve economic development, and spread banking awareness and culture among bank employees through seminars, meetings, and workshops to advance their work. With the aim of providing banking services to citizens in the easiest ways, in addition to increasing awareness among citizens to encourage dealing with banks as a civilized phenomenon, to employ citizens’ savings to contribute to economic development for the well-being of Iraqi society, to strengthen cooperation between representatives of Iraqi banks (private and governmental), as well as with Arab and foreign banks, and to develop and qualify human cadres. in banks by involving them in training courses to modernize banking work using banking technologies, software, and communications devices, and we proceed from uniting goals with Iraqna | IBTS A memorandum of joint cooperation was signed with the Association of Iraqi Private Banks.
